Disgusting service

The service at SATRIX stinks. My call was dropped while I was leaving a message at the call centre, this after waiting for at least 10 minutes for someone to take my call. I then sent an e-mail which was ignored. I had to resend the e-mail two more times before I got a response and the response did not even resolve my problem. It's an impossibility to get hold of a director or someone in authority, to explain that you need to jack up your service, so it looks like I won't be a client much longer. I hope that Helena Conradie takes note!
