Closing account

Hi,<br> <br> I have sent a lot of emails to satrix since the 12th.. Can someone please assist. i have been trying to close my satrix fini account and cancel my satrix fini debit order.Tried on the website but the website has a bug on that specific product ,it works for other products. i do have a screen shoot reflecting the bug.
