Cant Log Into my Account for almost 2 weeks now

Hi<br> <br> I have logged a ticket with Satrix because all of a sudden I could not log into my Account any more.<br> Lerato came back to me telling me that she needed more information for Security purposes, then she would assist me.<br> <br> I provided all the Information to her 9 days back, I followed up 3 times already between the 9 days with no Response.<br> I am very worried about my Investment Money, and I wanted to buy more Investments through Satrix.<br> <br> But I had to go with an alternative because I cant wait 2 weeks without any response or be able to log in.<br> I am very upset at the moment, I wont recommend Satrix to people and I will stick to my alternative when investing my money.<br> <br> Here is my ticket Number:<br> Ticket: #17702
