Beware SatrixNow ETFs!

I recently purchased a SatrixNow ETF - the S&P500 index. I was fairly shocked to see that (after 4 months) although the S&P500 was slightly up, the fund had suffered a 15% loss (after adjustments to exchange rates). After a lot of following up my side I got through to a trader who explained that in fact their ETFs dont exactly track to the S&P, (major understatement) and they have been having many complaints around other funds, such like their MSCI World where it was up 14% and their fund was making a 3% loss!

So they have a serious failure to communicate to customers how different their ETFs actually are, and they almost always perform significantly worse than the index! I always hoped passive funds were a cheaper investment option, but sadly this has been a bitter experience. Rather use a company that knows how to construct an ETF properly and is honest.
