Beware of SATRIX
This company moved to an app based platform an lost ALL human touch. It takes now up tp20 minutes before you can speak to someone. They cannot do anything about speeding up the process. What took 5 days now takes longer.
I would advise against them due to the human factor that was lost as well as the agents being rude.

22 Jan 2021, 12:50The sad part about this is that I was contacted quicker for placing my complaint about satrix in the public domain than logging a call on the client portal. They took close to two days to reply on my bad service request logged but 2 hours to respond to my Hello Peter report. Thus I will still advise to use ANY other company to entrust your monies too
