Bad customer service

Called them. They suggest to email them queries and that they are the 'fastest' on email, but this is not true. I am having an issue logging in online to get my tax cert, but they haven't rep**** in too long now. This is urgent. Once the pre recorded message on the phone tells you this, it doesn't even let you speak to an agent
