Bad communication

I am a new investor. My concern is that my initial bank transfer to Satrix was on 21 August 2015, yet on the statement sent to me, the unit price date shows 31st August 2015. It means therefore that the funds were sitting in Satrix's banking account for 10 days without earning any interest for me. The same can be said for my second transfer on 28th October 2015 and the unit price date, according to their call centre, is 6th November 2015. I have also not received any documentation to confirm the additional investment.<br> <br> I spoke to someone at the call centre about the unit trust pricing. What she said is not convincing. I thinkt that the date on their bank statement should be the date at which the units are purchased on my behalf.<br>
