Bad Attitude/Treatment

On 12 March 2015 I paid an amount of R 1,000.00 by way of a transfer into Satrix's bank account for my Son's satrix investment. Since then I never received any communication nor my son received any communication from Satrix to the extend that even his bank and cell number have changed. I want to know what happened to the form and the proof of residence which me and my son were taken up and down to get the proof of residence. As Satrix have my contact details, why didn't someone phoned me upon receipt of such money? How much interest has my son lost since March 2015? I am so upset. <br>
