Automated emails are annoying, especially when you tell me to have a lovely day
Some years ago I was given money in Satrix shares. I need to access my statement for business and tax purposes. The only way is online platform that assumes I want to invest further.
BUT I JUST WANT MY STATEMENT - NOT A MILLION AUTOMATED EMAILS!
