Shocking Customer Service

The service from the unreachable MD Karen and their cruise expert Victor is shocking. They do not respond to emails nether do they answer the two phone lines.

I made the mistake of booking an international flight and cruise with them. Looks like its time to get my lawyers and FNB ***** division involved. Maybe then I will get a response.
