I called to inquire about my hooking. Three cabins several payments later.

Crystal a lady at this company was so unprofessional to tell me I am doing you a favour to provide you with your booking details.

She goes to check and comments that she doesnt know how people dont know their booking details.

I then challenge her on her comments and she puts the phone down.

So much for doing me a favour.

I will ensure that Crystal is famous. She doesnt belong in the travel industry.
