Apparently I have a mental disability

Dear Trade Finance and Management I wish to advise you that as per your form that has been sent to me regarding my cancellation, I have no DISABILITY OR LACK OF ANY MENTAL COMPETENCE/TRUST as you put it, I am cancelling my application due to your company policies, consultants even Managers that have been very DISHONEST AND MISLEADING. I do not know how do you read letters or any correspondence for that matter, I have stated on my e-mail that one of the most reasons that made me to opt for cancellation on this application is the fact that after I had paid the “so called last amount required” which was INSURANCE an amount of R5 000, Johannes your consultant promised me a loan transfer on my CAPITEC account even though on my application I had provided my FNB account, which is where I get paid and also expected my debit order to go off on but he asked for my Capitec account only to find out he did a “**** TRANSFER” OLD CHEQUE PAYMENT, I have attached it once again, I told him this payment is reflecting but the funds are not available on my account as my account still reflects a zero balance, I honestly don’t know what fool he thought he was dealing with, well he told me it’s okay as the money will reflect after 2 hours, while waiting for the 2 hours my bank contacted me to inquire about this transfer and told me there are no funds in that cheque, it’s a very old cheque when they do their banking it will sure decline. What makes me disgusted even more just by thinking about it is the nerve of him asking me “are you happy now? Which is the same question he asked me this afternoon when called to tell me he will send a cancellation form “are you happy now? In deed later the cheque payment bounced and after that I was requested to pay further more an amount of R8600 A TRANSFER FEE, tell me in your right minds who would want to make any further payments to such a company? I am not making any payment further to this company. I want to cancel my application as in right now because I would like to get my MONEY BACK SOONEST PLEASE. I HAVE PAID TO YOUR COMPANY OVER R17 000, I have R17 878 paid into this company so please do me a favor pay my money back without wasting any of my time and energy. The reason I am cancelling my application is DUE TO YOUR DISHONESTY, LACK OF SERVICE, INCOMPETENCE AND POOR POOR DISGUSTING CLIENT SERVICE, did I mention to you that one of your consultants working with Johannes the one who deposited a **** payment on my account, Thandi his colleague once THREATENED ME? When I raised up a concern about this **** payment? She said if I report Johannes and should anything happen to him, his wife will deal with me!!!! Should I send proof of that? I have it. Are you for real by asking me to pay R2000? For cancelling this App after all I have been through? Look you have given me the loan while I had app**** for it, you kept on telling me LIES AFTER ANOTHER. What guarantees do I have that you will pay my money back for cancelling? Please stop fooling around pay back my money. I am not MENTAL, neither do I have any DISABILITY, I AM JUST DONE BEING PLAYED BY ****** not with my money.
