TV REPAIR RIPOFF

No signal on TV. I called Satpro/Setpro after establishing that their call cost is R350. They fixed the problem by both recabling and replacing a component on the dish (only one could have been defective), Without notice, they then charged a little over R6000 for the work. Note that the cost of a new installation, including dish, is between R800 and R1500, less than a quarter of the actual charge. Unfortunately my partner paid this against invoice. I have asked Satpro for a partial refund but this has been ignored. I believe this amounts to gross ******ion and cannot be justified.
