So we sent through a request for quotation. Get the quotation, wrong items. Struggles to get the right items. Send through the order. Struggle to get the invoice, eventually got the invoice made payment, receive no response. follow up for more than 2 weeks only to realized the order was not processed. Got them to process the order with promises of order being ready the following Monday. No response and no order ready on Monday. Eventually order is ready and we collect only to realized once again its still the wrong items. NO RESPONSE, no exchanging, collection or refund, NO COMMUNICATION from their side.
