Nations who couldn't give a fig about customers

This is by far the worst bunch of chances and liers that are around! Customers e-mails are all blocked and phones are not answered. Not to mention, that equipment taken in for repair is returned in pieces. Not even repaired. I was told that my pencil grinders feul coil was burnt, so I took it to someone else ( A professional this time, who repaired it in minutes) no fuel coil burnt at all. Only a speed controler with a blown diode. These idiots don't even deserve a quarter of a star rating.
