A lot of problems and errors they are not solving

I ordered clothing in June from them and it came here at August.They said 25-30days for delivery. Secondly , the packaging was terrible -rapped in white paper and ductape.When I opened it the jacket had white staines on it and the dress I ordered's colour was faded and all 6 buttons on the dress as advertised was missing.Both clothing came without tags and labels.They claim I should ship it back myself in the packaging (paper that I needed to rip open ) with all the labels and tags on it (there was no tags or labels)and then they will decide to refund me.
