Terrible client service!!
Bad service from Satib. Slow response. We have 27 vehicles insured at Satib. We struggle now for 4 months to get a 1 claim sorted. We still have 3 other claims waiting but at this rate its never going to happen. The mean time they expect premiums to be paid on date. We keep on phoning and emailing for answers but with no luck. Be carefull of this insurance Company.
