Outstanding, professional service levels

After reviewing my insurance policy, I had noted that my premiums were substantially raised in a short space of time. I therefore decided to look for quotes from other providers to compare against. We often are quick to criticise companies for poor service so I think its fair we acknowledge the opposite end of the stick as well.
