LOSS OF INCOME

This is one of the worst experience i have ever had with this broker. I have been loyal to SATIB insurance brokers for some years. We understand that the COVID 19 has caused immense devastation to the world however i have claim a loss of income to this broker and until today they have never responded positively. I have been referred to this useless brokers by a very credible institution SATSA and definitely i am experiencing the worst. My monthly premium was about R20.000.00 and yet they cannot assist in terms of loss of income. This is pathetic and we need and intervention pertaining to the matter.
