Satguru poor service

Satugu failed our group and another group of 21 with our MSC Splendida cruise. We 1st of got our ticket 2 weeks before departure after booking the cruise 7 months prior. Then we tried to purchase the drinks ,internet and excursions packages. The failed to book for us and stopped taking our calls. They finally rep**** saying we to late to book and best buy on the cruise which will cost 30%more. We were not too late ..satguru was late and caused us unnecessary stress and costs.
