They are unreliable dishonest and are unprofessional. I needed my TV set to be repaired and I was given the runaround being promised that their technician will call me. This took around 3 or 4 days of me calling them and they never came. I even had to request to leave early ftom work at one point because i was told that the technician would come to my home around 11am on that particular morning. The technician never arived and there was no phone call nothing from them.
