REFUSE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICES
WARNING: ******** Conduct and Unpaid Refund by SA Textiles / Great African Tshirt CompanyI am writing this review to warn the public about the unacceptable business practices of SA Textiles (also trading as Great African Tshirt Company).I placed an order and paid them R570.00. After waiting for more than two months without receiving the product, I requested a refund. For weeks, management continuously stalled and made empty promises of payment.Following severe pressure, they made a partial payment of R200.00, but they continue to ********ly withhold the remaining balance of R370.00. They have ignored a strict final deadline to resolve this today.Because of this conduct, a formal statutory violation report has been filed against them with the National Consumer Commission (NCC), and a ******** case for theft by false pretenses is being opened with the South African Police Service (SAPS).Do not do business with this company. They accept full funds but do not deliver products, and they only return a fraction of your money after months of stalling.
