Please don't use these guys. I have asked them for an installation and quote. The guy on the phone said that it's R399 call out fee and then plus cable fee. They came out an hour late but did the installation. It was about 7:30pm when they wanted to be paid. I received the invoice as R10500 where I almost fell off my chair. They charged over R3500 for an LNB plus labour and cable over 65 meters. There is absolutely no way that this could be correct as this is just a normal easy house installation. Because I'm staying in a good area, they thought they are going to **** me. I showed them that the LNB cost is R399 at Makro. They didn't want to leave if I didn't pay them. They charged vat on top of this amount without a vat invoice. I negotiated the amount down to R6400 just to get them out of my house that time of the night. These guys are ****** and ****mers, so please be warned and very careful!
