No show up on warranty issue

Thies Company claims to be an Multichoise accredidet Technician. Not truw!<br> After buying service and product from this company, they did not show up on a warranty issue (within4 weeks of installation). Just no reaction even after 2 day calls and asking to come back to sort this out.<br> They advertising in Sandton Chronicle.
