This is an unprofessional and greedy small business who advertised a call out fee of R350 but ended up charging R3000 (after negotiations). My husband and I requested their services, after finding their business on Google as a company near to us. We wanted them to install the Dstv ultra and connect our old explorer to another TV in the main bedroom. Upon request of price, Wayne advised that the call out fee is R350 and the cabling would be R20 a metre for 27 metres, however, after the work was concluded, they gave a price of R4000. We were appalled at the amount and requested the price be reduced as we didn't have that kind of money. The gentleman intimidated my husband, who felt threatened in our own home with our toddler, to pay R3000 to just have these men leave our property.

A terrible experience and would recommend that you not use this business!!!
