Avoid SateliteInstall.co.za - *********** and Incapable

<p>I spoke to Keith ( ********** ) from Satelite Install (www.satelliteinstall.co.za).</p> <p> </p> <p>Offered a same day appointment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ask for help with a simple task. Install surround sound and connect it to DSTV for my in-laws.</p> <p> </p> <p>They arrived 30 minutes late. Poorly presented. Incapable of connect optical sound. Did more damage than good. Wanted to charge my elderly in laws for over time (when they were late in the first place). Refused to explain how the system works and insisted on leaving as quickly as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called them back and asked them to complete their work, they agreed to a date and time. 30 minutes after the second appointment, they were still late. </p> <p> </p> <p>I landed up needing to cancel the job and doing it myself. </p> <p> </p> <p>Dont waste your time unless you are willing to be overcharged by incompenent, unsympathetic, unhelpful service providers.</p>
