CHARLATAN COMPUTER ***** AND *********

I had a Hewlett Packard laptop that gave trouble and was recommended to this guy (,his name is micheal smith) of satek computers in middleburg ,eastern cape, for diagnosis and repair. After a lengthily time i was informed that it was beyond repair and he offered to get me a new laptop which he did, @ R4,000 and it was a new HP with windows 10 installed. Laptop worked well but battled with windows 10 so took it back to him and asked for windows 7 professional, and extra RAM. After 5 months no joy, and he was more away than there. Phoned him and he made all the promises in the world but no joy. Was later told that the new HP wont allow anything less than windows 10, and he agreed to take the HP back into stock and get a new DELL laptop for me. After 3 months no joy and i went to middleburg only to find that his shop had closed and he had left middlebrug, apparently for johannesburg, and now trading under the Company Name of Solid Telecom, cell ********** 454. I have laid a ***** charge at SAPS middleburg, but to date no joy there either. He also has a cell number ********** 340.

Please can you assist in someway.. I am a pensioner with limited disposable income.
