Rude and Incopentent Consultant and customer service

It's sad to know that the only time you are heard, taken seriously, and attended to, is when you air things out on platforms like these, it will not matter if you bring it more business to the insurer, how many vehicle you have, when you in a situation, you are not treated with the same dignity you get when you signed in, or when you get a message of thanks cause of the successful debit order..why cant we get the same level of respect and customer service when it it comes to claims, to signed it takes nothing longer than 30 min, to claim can take you as for as 2motnhs if not more, car is with insurer since two weeks back and yet we still asking about proof of payment, what the hack, and month end comes, ill still be expected to pay the installment yet the car is not working because somebody is taking their own time trying to find loopholes not to pay.
