Poor Service as usual with SATAXI

I have exhausted all options and i have come to a conclusion that nothing will be done without escalation within this insurerer, there has never been a claim that has went smoothly without the need of having to speak to a manager to help resolve issue, This is the last review i write about this company. Best products on the markets but lack of honest and active respresentative to apply what was agreed upon. I will be looking for better service elsewhere and i will be taking my business elsewhere as this company is not about keeping thier word and to thier escalation nor turn around time.
