Very unproffesional

I mark my weeks programs on Sundays. Here you can at many times not load a station to mark it. At the last 3 weeks the time is wrong. You mark it then it plays about 6 hours later at a different time. They cant even set the correct time!!! You load some channels to mark then and it do not load it at all or only part of it. Many times you open a channel and for example it say "House Hunters" is playing but a complete different thing is playing. We watch DSTV at times at our son and this never happens there. You pay for the service and experience and get very bad service. Repeats OH repeats. I know there must be repeats. Sat Nav repeat there stuff for weeks and then say All NEW on so and so date. It starts but is all OLD repeat for the 4th or 8th time. It seems they do not even watch there own stations, or if the do they are *********** to correct it. ooooH
