<p>unhappy client insured my Merc with them and wen i took insurance i told the agent that i wanted a Rental veh and Excess waiver and only to find out when i had they were not included..</p> <p>Claims Manager Stefan and Antoinette not the best awell always promise to call me back and they never phoned me back. </p> <p>i reported my claim on the 7th Jan and even today Antoinette claims that she has not pulled out the recordings.</p> <p>i regret why i Trusted them with my business.</p>
