If it were possible, there would be no stars. I ordered in March and after chasing them for a week, I eventually got my shoes. I ordered again 2 June, and it is now the 18th. My order status has been 'processing'. I'm always following up and I get ignored. The Jacob guy that you can supposedly contact doesn't respond to DMs, emails, SMS, whatsapp and also doesn't answer the phone. Never ever ordering from this place again and I'd advise the same to anyone else.

I said let me fetch the shoes or send me my refund and I still keep getting ignored.
I ordered the same shoes somewhere else and they've been delivered. Never trusting this business again.
