I ordered shoes on the 19th of March 2021 - to this day I'm still awaiting my order. 01 April 2021 - I DMd them on IG and never got a response. 07 April 2021 - I sent a message on WhatsApp, no response again. 08 April 2021 - They responded to my message that my order was marked as unpaid after I sent the proof of payment on the day I purchased the shoes on their website. I resent the proof of payment to them. 12 April 2021 - Sent a message on WhatsApp to find out if the shoes have been couriered. Response - Your order 1068 has been marked as paid. 22 April 2021 - Sent ANOTHER WhatsApp message and to this day I have not received a response. They have now switched off the comments section on their IG page. I'm going to report this account and hope it gets discontinued.
