Poor customers,rude on whatsup

I placed an order with Sassy heels two weeks ago and ever since then I have heard no correspondence or feedback and not even recieved a refund or the actual product. I have sent countless emails and called but to my surprise the number is always on voicemail.

This is extremely upsetting as such a reputable brand would do something like this.

I want feedback ASAP
