No delivery and no communication

Sassy heels has really disappointed me. I made and order, Paid in full and till to date I have not received my order. When you send the a DM, whatsapp, or email they will not even bother to respond ot they will tell you they are checking your order and never get back to you. Their communication is poor, very poor. Till today I am wondering if I will ever get my order or myoney has just gone down the drain. I am really unhappy with their services!!!!
