LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE & ********.

I ordered with them on the 5th of March 2021 and it's so unfortunate that "to date" I have been the one who has to constantly ask about the status of my order. It got to a point where one of the employees advised a refund, which I still haven't received although they already asked for my banking details but still nothing in my account from them. Today, I AGAIN had to make contact... this time around I was told that they would speak to their "Finance Team".

Their customer service is appalingly disgusting.

I just want my MONEY back!
