This company is a **** and I hope it goes under so that people won’t be cheated like this.

The lady who runs it is quick to respond to DMs when placing an order. As soon as you’ve made payment and attempt to follow up on your order it’s almost impossible to get a response from her.

She will request that you be patient as she has a huge customer base. She will also post on her Instagram stores asking that people remain patient as she has a lot of orders to process. That’s a front and ********* as she wants people to think that their orders are part of that batch when it’s not the case.

Treat that as a red glad as Big Companies with a massive customer base will never ask you to be patient. Instead, their turnaround time is much quicker.

It’s almost 2 weeks now since now I placed and paid for my order and I have no clue where or what happened to my package as she’s simply not replying to DMs and taking my calls.

The lady has no sense of customer service and you almost feel as if you are a beggar when interacting with her.

Stay away from it and go shop where you are valued as a customer.
