BEING **********..... WASPA & ICASA TO INTERVENE
<p>Good day, The below mentioned companies are all companies that have been ********l y billing me on my cell phone, </p> <p> </p> <p>The issues is that all of them say that I did not opt STOP after receving a sms???? And according to them they sent the sms after I have I have actived the account???? I am out of the country for the past 7 months already, just going back to SA evry now and again and my cell phone is off roaming? My question to them is how do i then SMS?</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not at all!
