training provider not paid

My company was awarded a 6months contarct to train security learners how ever addendum was payment is still outstanding its 12months now no joy after several sms, calls and e-mails I wrote her an the project manager Johanna Madisha they did not bother to respond, I really need my money or is it too much for more to ask I worked for it
