SASSETA bursary-payment

I am thankful for receiving a bursary granted by SASSETA in June 2018. However, after submitting the required documents for payment, numerous unanswered emails and various telephone calls that keep on ringing, I still have not received correspondence relating to the payment. I am in dire need of the payment to provide my way forward next year, but unfortunately the bursary-department is not corresponding to my attempts of contact.
