Is SASSETA n ghost organization?

I need to get hold of a copy of my SASSETA document re. my fire arms competency. I called their call center and they told me exactly where to find the application form to apply for a copy. After three attempts with mail as well as telephonic, they have just vanished from this earth!

Is there any one out there to help me in this regard?
