Hopeless

Good day, I bought a car a few years ago for someone who was/is black listed. There was a contract between myself and this person to pay an x amount towards the vehicle every month. This person breeged the contract and I ended up taking the vehicle back. The vehicle was in no running condition at the time I collected the vehicle. I was appointed to an attorney at Sassenberg Attorneys. I've provided then with the before and after fotos of the vehicle. After more than a year the attorney just said how can I prove that it wasn't me who stripped the vehicle. I'm not happy at all with the outcome as I am held responsible for the repayments and this person is really getting away with everything. It is not fair towards me as I bought this vehicle out the goodness of my heart as this person has a young child and couldn't get himself to work or his child to school and back.
