Santam/Sasria Payment process is bull****

I am writing this review out of anger and frustration regarding Sasria Claim Payments.

My Insurer is Santam and I have encountered a misfortune whereby my Vehicle was stoned at by people who were on strike. When I open a claim with Santam, it was assessed that this will be handled as a Sasria claim due to Riots>

My Claim was approved by Sasria and I was asked to provide banking details so payment can be made.

To this day, it's the 3rd week since I been making calls, sending out emails on the follow up of the payment. A Lady assigned to process the payment by the name of Karabo, she hardly responds to the emails to give us an update.

Santam/Sasria department has just been an awful experience to me
