Poor Turnaround Times

I have been waiting for over 2 months for Sasria to process my claim that happened due to a community protest in June 2022. When you call the company, they have a nerve to tell you that my claim is still new and they are still dealing with claims from 2010. Now that's not a great business dealing as they continue to take money of my account as part of my general motor vehicle insurance. From tomorrow it will be a three months in waiting and it's really unacceptable.
