Wrong Petrol amount deducted
Good Day
This morning I receive very very poor service from Sasol garage in Connaught road Parow. They put in R100 petrol which I saw when I drive away from the tank and when I received an SMS of how much they deducted it was R200.
I turned around to confront the petrol attendant and the 2nd in charge. The petrol attendant insist he put in R200 which was not the case. I complaint at the 2nd in charge, all she was saying "you do know the petrol increased last week". I asked how are we going to resolve the matter, she advise that I must come back 2 o clock when the owner Mr Parker is back, very inconsiderate because I need to be at work 2 o clock.
I feel that in today's economical condition I being ****** with R100 worth of petrol which is alot now a days.
I will not stop at any Sasol garage to put in petrol.
