No accountability for a rotten ultramel and the worst hurtful service ever

Bought a few things at the said garage Sasol in Dorandia including two ultramels for my boys when we got home my one boy started crying because the ultramel is rotten watery like taste, my elder boy and myself tasted the ultramel and it was watery like even when u shake it wasn’t firm like the other one. I drove back to the garage only to be told there’s nothing they can do both the cashier and one attendant who advised I should buy again and come back the following day for the manager. I advised I’m not gonna gonna buy and I want a solution at that moment as I just bought the ultramels, the cashier started shouting as I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t be assisted, and y I’m being advised to buy again. I left the ultramels there without refund after they called the manager after a hustle worst service ever
