Worse service ever

I was at Sasol in Onverwacht Lephalale To buy power but asked the lady to first make sure the code I have as correct no se said ok but printed it as I saw its not the correct name

she force me to pay for it

then said se couldn't see the names it that is true she should have said it at first so I could have made sure it was the right one she never said it only ok from her when I asked it

as all stores I know there is a code of Conduct

as the lady there treated me like I'm **** and forced me to pay for something that isn't my fault

I wonder if people are scared of the small claim courts
