Weekend Break winner - Sasol Delight and TLC rewards

<p>On the 23rd of March I received a message to say I won a weekend break courtesy of Sasol Delight and that I need to email a copy of my ID to ********** to complete the rgistration and can call ********** for queries. I decided to call the number and was on hold for 20 min +. I kept on trying and made 5 calls to this number with the same story. I don't know if it is a **** or not, but I know I entered the competition and read all the T's and C's on the website! So now I am sitting and waiting to see what happens, was it a **** or is it for real? All i can say is the Call centre number is either understaffed or doesn't exist! I am reall disappointed in this service! </p>
