Very unprofessional from owner

About 2 months ago i put over R800 petrol in my car and the guy didnt ask for my rewards card to put the points on when i mention it he blames me and say i must give it its not his responsibility then i went to the manager of the petrol station and he was so rude to me just soving money in my hand and turn his back on me.... Then this monday i had a slow puncture so i need to stop there i ask them to borrow a side cutter or ***** driver just to take the ***** out and fix the patch my sef with my own patch kit all they say is they dont have any of the tools and walk away... So unprofessional from the owner and the petrol attendant
