Very unhappy client

SUBJECT: COMPLAINT REGARDING NISSAN IMPENDULO NP 350 DIESEL ENGINE (LG07BWGP) On the 26 September 2024 I asked the petrol attendant to put R 500 Diesel at the Sasol in Newtown (80 Lilian Ngoyi Street) in my Nissan Impendulo NP 350. I then went into the shop to purchase cooldrink and airtime and then went to the Rank in Bree Street where I wait for my load. I was then unable to start the bus. I then got a mechanic, and he opened the diesel filter and only found petrol. Then I went back to the garage and spoke to the manager. She went to look on the footage and asked the petrol attendant if he threw petrol or diesel and he said he put diesel but the slip I received was a petrol receipt. Then the manager got an old bakkie to tow my bus to the Sasol Garage. They then took the tank off and drained the petrol that was 17h00 at 21h00 they were still busy with the bus because the bus still didn’t want to start. I called my son to fetch me as they said they will get other parts and the bus will be ready at 9h00, when I arrived at 10h00 the next day on the 27 September 2024 the bus was not even worked on and I Called the Imraan and he informed me his going to Mosque he will call me. Well as expected he didn’t call. They managed to change the diesel filter and used the old housing. At 17h35 the bus was still not yet right as the bus didn’t want to idle. They told me to drive it like that, it will come right. On the 30 September 2024 the bus didn’t want to start at all. I took the bus to my mechanics, and they did a diagnostics test and stripped the engine. They found that X 4 injectors and the diesel sensor is damaged, and the pump is broke. I gave Sasol the quotation and it is now four months they have been messing me around. Every time Imraan is always in meetings and telling me he will call me back. On the 26 January 2025, it will be exactly 4 months Imraan is sorting my query out. I depend on my Nissan Impendulo NP 300 for an income and to provide for my family. This is the only income I have as my wife is Late. My children went through Christmas with no food and clothing. As a parent how do you feel when you can’t provide for children especially during the festive season. In total I have lost up to R80 000.00 for the four months income, I make R20 000 a week and during the festive seasons I have special trips which I lost out on.
